Equipment Features:
-For head can work seperately or linkage.
-For colored profile seamless welding (0.2mm welding seam).
-Profile clamp with cutters, welding seam adjustable within 0.2~2mm.
Can respectively meet the common profile and colored profile pro cessing
requirement.
-Locating plate can slide along square guide, increasing locating precision.
-Easy-change for special fixture, increased corner strength and cleaning ap
pearance.
-PLC control the welding action/program, high reliability.
-Parameters can be set to meet various profiles’processing requirement.
-Machine heads can work separately or combination. Any angle welding in
the right machine head.

-所有压钳口带刀，可实现焊缝0.2mm～2mm调整，分别满足彩色型材
与普通白色型材的焊接工艺需要。
-下出定位板机型，且下出定位板的运动副为滑块运动副，定位精确，可
保证理想的无缝焊接效果。
-可安装型材专用垫板，实现焊缝翻溢范围的良好控制，使获得良好的
焊接－清角外观质量及提高焊接角强度。
-可编程控制器（PLC）控制焊接动作/程序，可靠性高。
-各工艺参数连续可调，可良好满足不同型材焊接工艺需要。
